1. Book your initial private session with a senior or principal instructor at Park East Pilates.

2. Advise us of any past injuries/ restrictions that may impact your workout.
Doctor's note may be required.

3. Be prepared to work!

Booking
• All reservations require a valid credit card on file to confirm appointment(s).

• Please email appointments@parkeastpilates.com to book.

 

Cancellation Policy
• All cancellations require 24 hours advance notice.
• Preferred credit card on file will be charged in full for all late cancellations (cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance of confirmed appointment).

 

Results
• Pilates works best when practiced consistently 2-3 times per week!
