How do I get started?
Find available dates and times that are perfect for you, and create an account to request your first appointment.
How do I sign up for sessions?
You are able to request appointments as soon as you create your profile.
When can I sign up for sessions?
Scheduling for Fall (September, October, and November) begins 5/1.
Scheduling for Winter (December, January and February) begins 9/1.
How will I know if my requested appointment is confirmed?
Immediately after your account has been debited, or your credit card on file charged, you'll receive a confirmation email. We'll send you a quick appointment reminder via email 48 hours in advance of your confirmed appointment.
What are my payment options?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and ACH payments.
When will my card be charged?
Your card will be charged immediately after your appointment request has been confirmed. You will receive a receipt via email as soon as your transaction is complete.
Can I give credits to a friend?
Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable, but we’d love to meet your friends! Purchase gift certificates here.
How far in advance do I have to cancel an appointment to avoid penalty?
All appointments require 24-hour advance notice to avoid a late cancellation charge. Your account or credit card on file will be charged for the full session time if you fail to cancel a confirmed appointment within the early cancellation window.
What happens if I fail to show up for a session I've reserved?
There is a 20 minute grace period for all appointments. If we do not hear from you within this time, we must assume that you will not attend. Your instructor may choose to leave. You will be charged for the full session time.
Can I re-schedule an appointment without penalty?
Schedule changes require 24 hour advance notice to allow re-scheduling without penalty.
How frequently should I come and when will I feel results?
Commitment to building a strong foundation requires a minimum of at least two private sessions per week.
You will feel results immediately if you are 100% coachable.
What does it mean to be coachable?
Being coachable means you’re not only taking on what agrees with you but also that which requires you to reach beyond your perceived limits.
How do I know if I'm progressing?
You are able to do things you were never able to do before.
What should I wear?
We need to see your ankles and your neck. No zippers, jewelry or perfume. Long hair should be tied up.
Socks must always be worn unless otherwise instructed by your teacher.
Can I take lessons if I'm pregnant?
Only if you have already been a client with us prior to conception.
Can I do Pilates with pre-existing injuries?
Yes you can with the written permission of your doctor and you must come at least two times per week.
