• 55-minute one-on-one session with an instructor
• You will be matched with an instructor based on your personal goals and the instructor’s strengths
• Instructor will design a customized program geared to your goals and your body’s specific needs
• Instructor will regularly analyze your progress and advance your program accordingly
• Program may include apparatus and/or mat training
• Program will continually evolve as your body and strength improves

SUPPLEMENTAL MAT CLASS
• 45-minute mat class for our existing clients only, limited to 4 participants
• Through a series of floor exercises designed to strengthen and shape the entire body, students will learn the correct sequence, positioning, and execution of each exercise
• Program may include Wall Unit/ Cadillac apparatus training
• All classes are intermediate level and require previous Pilates experience
• Students with injuries are not permitted to attend group classes at Park East Pilates

• Program may include apparatus and/or mat training
• Program will continually evolve as your bodies and strength improve
