  • How often should I come to Park East Pilates?

    • To maximize your results, we suggest booking at least two appointments per week

  • How do I know what instructor to book my appointment with?

    • Book based on time, not on instructor!

    • All of our instructors are certified through the top internationally recognized, year-long intensive training program and will provide you with guidance in the authentic Pilates method whether you are a beginner or advanced student!

  • I’m ready to book, how do I schedule an appointment?

    • To book, you must first buy a single appointment credit or series of appointments**

    • To buy individual appointment credits or a series of appointments online, you can download our App or sign up here using your email and creating a password, or if you are already registered, login to buy a series and make your reservation

    • You can reserve appointments online currently through June 30, 2017, and no later than 2 hours prior to appointment start time. You will receive an appointment confirmation email as soon as your booking is complete

  • What should I wear to my appointment?

    • Be sure to bring socks to your appointment and wear appropriate fitness attire

    • Clothing with zippers is prohibited

  • What happens if my desired time is not available?  

    • Keep checking the calendar and App, last minute cancellations occur, and you can book up to 2 hours in advance of available appointment  

    • We may be available to open the schedule on additional days / times that work for you.  Please don't hesitate to ask

  • What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?

    • All appointments are subject to a 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy

    • In order to cancel or reschedule an appointment and have the session credit returned to your account, you must complete your cancellation or rescheduled appointment through the App or online system as well as receive an automated email confirmation of the cancellation or rescheduled appointment

    • Emailing or calling the studio or notifying your instructor does not constitute a cancellation

    • Appointments cancelled or rescheduled less than 24-hours prior to the reservation will incur late cancellation charges for the original appointment in addition to charges for the new appointment

    • Instructors may be subject to change due to scheduling or emergencies in which case another instructor will be made available and the appointment is still subject to the policy above

  • What happens if I’m running late to my appointment?

    • All appointments are 55 minutes long, if you arrive late your appointment will still end at the appointed time

    • There is a 20 minute grace period for all appointments.  Be sure to call the studio at 212.717.8825 if you’re running more than 5 minutes late.  If we don’t hear from you, we’ll assume you can’t make it and you will be charged for the appointment

  • How do I pay for Park East Pilates?

    • We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard and American Express

    • All payments are subject to New York City service tax

  • When do my appointment packages expire?

    • Session credits expire 30, 60, 120, 180, and 365 days from the date of first appointment booked within a series or package of 3, 6, 12, 25, 50, or 100 private sessions
